Why MicroPen EVO™?

At Haus of Beauty, microneedling treatments are performed using the MicroPen EVO™, a professional automated microneedling device designed for precise, controlled treatment.

MicroPen EVO™ uses a sterile, single-use cartridge containing 14 fine microneedles. As the device is moved across the skin, it creates controlled micro-punctures that stimulate the skin's natural healing response and collagen production.

Is microneedling suitable for me?

Microneedling isn't suitable for everyone, which is why your skin and suitability will be assessed before treatment.

Microneedling may not be suitable if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have an active skin infection, open wound or active inflammation in the treatment area

  • Have active acne or a significant acne flare-up in the treatment area

  • Have a history of poor wound healing or keloid scarring

  • Have a bleeding disorder or are taking medication that affects blood clotting

  • Are using certain prescription or topical skincare products that may affect your suitability for treatment

  • Have recently had certain cosmetic or aesthetic treatments in the area

  • Have a condition or medication that may affect healing or increase the risk of complications

What can I expect after your treatment?

Following microneedling, it is normal for the skin to appear red and feel warm or sensitive following treatment.

You may also experience dryness, tightness and peeling as your skin recovers. These effects can last from around 24 hours to up to a week, depending on your individual skin and treatment.

You'll receive full personalised aftercare advice following your appointment to help support your skin while it recovers.

When will I see results?

Microneedling works with your skin's natural renewal process, so improvements develop gradually rather than overnight.

Results will vary from person to person depending on your individual skin, the concern being treated and your treatment plan.

    Your glide gel may be applied on the day of treatment to help prevent the skin from drying out. Reapply as needed for the first 24 hours following your treatment.

    Strictly avoid sun exposure following treatment. You should not apply sunscreen on the day of your treatment, and you may return to sunscreen use 24 hours after treatment.
